Depending on your plan (Starter or Premium), some features of the Kameleoon Widget Studio may or may not be accessible.
The Starter Plan provides essential tools to create very simple widgets, including starter templates, basic elements, graphic editing & positioning, and responsive design, with a limit of two events.
The Premium Plan offers everything in the Starter Plan plus exclusive premium features for building sophisticated widgets and flows. This includes handling of multiple screens and states, 30 advanced elements, animations with 50 different effects, translation management, an integrated image editor, as well as access to exclusive templates, all with unlimited events.

Upgrade from Starter to Premium Plan
To upgrade from Starter to Premium plan, you need to submit an upgrade request via your Kameleoon account. A Kameleoon consultant will contact you to discuss your needs and determine the pricing for the Premium plan.
If you do not have the authority to request an upgrade, please refer this process to your manager or the appropriate person in your organization.
Once billed, your account will be upgraded to Premium, granting access to additional features. Please note that the upgrade process may take several days. For questions or assistance during the upgrade, don’t hesitate to contact your Kameleoon Customer Success Manager.
