Product targeting

You can create product based targeting in Kameleoon using Triggers. Before proceeding, ensure you have correctly implemented product tracking as described in Get Started.

This page focuses on the Visiting Behaviours → Product Pages conditions of a trigger. To learn more about Triggers, see the Triggers documentation.


Overview

There are three main dimensions of product states you can use for targeting.

Price of the displayed product page

Product data and history are retrieved based on the consulted page , the value is then stored in SessionStorage. It makes the compute of price changes for targeting.

Includes or excludes product pages where the price is higher than, lower than and equal to a certain amount or or increased and decreased during a period.

This comparison can be based on:

  • A fixed price
  • The price of a specific product
  • The average price of a selected group of products


Number of visited product pages

Visited products and category data are retrieved based on the consulted page , each products are then stored in SessionStorage.

Includes or excludes visitors based on:

  • The number of product pages they visited
  • The category of those products
  • Their price


Visited product pages

Includes or excludes visitors based on the specific product pages they have visited.
