Send form data using a URL or web service

If you want to send your form data to a Google Sheet, read this article.

To send form data:

  1. Navigate to the Events page.
  2. Click Add action > Request > Send data to.
  3. Fill in the information on the Add action page.

  • Request name: Will be used to retrieve success and failed responses.
  • Method: GET or POST depending on the existing web service on your website or documentation provided by the partner you need to send the information to.
  • Action URL: URL destination where data will be sent (this URL is either a URL from your site a web service).
  • Form ID: From the list, select the Form ID you want to use to send the data. Data will be sent as parameter or in the payload depending on the method chosen in the previous step.
