AI Opportunity Detection is an add-on available in two versions:
– a premium version that provides enhanced capabilities, including unlimited opportunities and an access to Audiences Analysis.
– a freemium version accessible to all customers. The freemium version includes a credit of 3 opportunities, allowing customers to unlock valuable insights for the experiments of their choice.

On the results page of a web experiment, if the test is inconclusive or is worsening the main KPI of your experiment, Kameleoon AI Opportunity Detection will automatically explore the results across each of your segments, seeking potential opportunities.
Note: Kameleoon checks all segments that have been created or modified in your account for the past 90 days, with names that do not start with [DEV], [TEST], or [QA] and with targeting conditions that do not include page URLs.
To make the most of AI Opportunity Detection, we recommend creating segments that align with your specific goals and objectives.
What is an opportunity?
An opportunity is a subsegment of the targeting segment with a significant relative size and a reliable positive effect over the original. The goal of an opportunity is to make sure you get the most out of each of your experiment idea.

When this icon appear in your main results, it means that Kameleoon has found uplift opportunities on your variations that could appeal to a portion of your audience.
A pop-in will also appear at the bottom of the page. To access the information, you can either click on this pop-in or on the icon in the main results.
Note: Depending on the case, Kameleoon may identify one or more opportunities on the same web experiment.
When the AI Opportunity Detection feature identifies a potential opportunity, it advises duplicating the experiment and testing it against the new segment proposed by Kameleoon.
When you click on Duplicate experiment, you will be redirected to the duplicated version of your experiment, targeting this sub-segment in addition to the initial segment of the experiment. Then put it online to validate the hypothesis!
Note: if you have exclusively subscribed to our Feature Experimentation solution, the AI Opportunity Detection feature will be accessible solely for web projects. Additionally, it will be available only if Kameleoon has been implemented in Hybrid mode.
